FIND YOUR NEXT

SAY "YES" TO SOME SERIOUS YOU TIME.

NEXT is a self-discovery program to help women north of 45 get clear on what they really want and how to get there - from reactive to proactive, from "maybe" to "hell yes" or "hell no," from on the side to front and center.

The average woman will live to be about 81 years old. Do the math.

What do you want to get out of these years? What do you want to be remembered for?  How will you get there?

NEXT is not an exclusive club. It doesn't matter how much money you have or where you live. We don't care where you went to school or what your hair looks like. Finding your NEXT starts with your values, mindset, and attitude.

Finding your NEXT means taking stock of yourself and your life, defining success for YOU and what you want for your future, and making a plan for how you are going to get there.

Time's ticking, baby! What are you waiting for?

LEARN MORE ABOUT US

Nanette and Melissa met and became fast friends in 2010 - and while they have a lot in common, they are very much yin and yang.

Nanette is yin and Melissa is yang. Nanette is organized; Melissa not so much, Melissa loves cardio, Nanette hates it. Nanette is a huge planner; Melissa is more spontaneous.

But these ladies have a common thread that runs through them. They are intentional about what they want and where they want to go - both professionally and personally - and they don't take themselves too seriously. And they are passionate about helping women on their journeys.

Professionally, Nanette and Melissa have been running parallel paths and NEXT is an outcome of that work.

The strategic counseling and coaching they do helps their organizational and people they work with be more intentional and directional. By delivering clarity and radical prioritization of the work that really matters, clients crush their goals. NEXT is a combo of that work and some special sauce.

Our NEXT process can help you crystalize what you want and mapping out how to get it. You be directional, filled with tools and tricks, and get comfortable adjusting and iterating.
